9. Business Settings

Navigation path: Sidebar → Business Settings

The Settings section controls how your affiliate program operates. It is organized into six tabs in the left sub-navigation.

9.1 General

Configure the core rules for your affiliate program.

  • Commission Rate (%) — The default commission percentage applied to all affiliates. Per-affiliate rates (set when adding or editing an affiliate) override this value. Leave blank to use the platform-level default rate.
  • Cookie Duration (days) — How long the tracking cookie persists after an affiliate link click. Any purchase made within this window is attributed to the referring affiliate. Default: 30 days.
  • Affiliate Registration — Toggle Allow public self-registration to enable the public signup page at /affiliate/join. New self-registered affiliates receive Pending status until approved by an administrator.
  • Auto-Approval Rules — Optionally automate commission approvals:
    • Enable auto-approval — Turns on the feature.
    • Approve after (days) — Days to wait before auto-approving a pending conversion. Set to 0 for immediate approval on receiving the order.
    • Minimum order amount ($) — Only auto-approve conversions at or above this value. Leave blank for no minimum.
    • Maximum order amount ($) — Only auto-approve conversions at or below this value. Leave blank for no maximum.

Click Save Changes after any modifications.

9.2 Commission Tiers

Configure tiered commission rates based on order value. Tiers let you reward affiliates with higher rates for driving larger orders.

Commission priority order (highest to lowest): Per-affiliate rate → Business flat rate → Business tiers → Platform tiers → Platform base rate

  • Platform Default Tiers — Read-only tiers set at the platform level. Displayed for reference.
  • Custom Business Tiers — Click Add Tier to create a tier with Min Amount, Max Amount, and Rate (%). Your custom tiers override the platform defaults for all affiliates in your program.

9.3 Branding

Customize the visual appearance of your business panel:

  • Business Logo — Upload a logo file (JPG, PNG, SVG, or WebP; max 2 MB; recommended size 200×200 px). Click Upload Logo to select a file.
  • Primary Color — Use the color picker to set a hex color for your panel's theme.

Click Save Branding to apply changes.

9.4 Email Templates

Customize the automated email notifications sent to affiliates. Four templates are available, each with its own set of available variables:

TemplateTriggerAvailable Variables
Affiliate InvitationSent when a new affiliate is invited, ,
Conversion ApprovedSent when a commission is approved, , ,
Conversion RejectedSent when a commission is rejected, , ,
Payout ProcessedSent when an affiliate payout is processed, , ,

To edit a template:

  1. Click Edit next to the template you want to customize.
  2. On the edit page, fill in:
    • Subject Line — The email subject line (plain text). Use variables as needed (e.g., Your commission for order has been approved).
    • Email Body (HTML) — The full email body written in HTML. Insert variables such as where you want dynamic values injected.
  3. Click Save Template. Templates marked Default use the platform's built-in wording until customized.

9.5 API Keys

See Section 10 for full API Keys documentation.

9.6 Activity Log

Navigation path: Business Settings → Activity Log

The Activity Log maintains a timestamped record of all administrative actions taken within your account, including affiliate additions, commission approvals, settings changes, and API key events. When no actions have been taken yet, a placeholder message is displayed. Use this log for auditing and compliance purposes.
