Who Is This Manual For?

This manual is written for two groups of people:

Store Administrators — owners and managers who set up and manage the affiliate program from inside the RentMy admin panel.

Affiliates — partners who join your program, share referral links, and earn commission on bookings.

What Is an Affiliate Program?

An affiliate program lets you partner with other people — bloggers, influencers, or loyal customers — who promote your store in exchange for a commission on each successful booking they send your way.

Heldsway handles the tracking, link generation, and commission calculations automatically. Your job is simply to approve affiliates and set your commission rates.

A small file saved in the customer’s browser that remembers who referred them.
