Product Assignment

The Product Assignment page lets you connect specific products to specific affiliates — or to all affiliates at once. You can also generate targeted referral links for each product.

Opening Product Assignment

In the left sidebar, click Affiliate → Product Assignment.

Searching for a Product

Use the search bar to find a product by name or SKU.

Use the All Categories dropdown to filter by product type.

Use the All Affiliates dropdown to see which products are assigned to a specific affiliate.

Assigning a Product to an Affiliate

You can use the Quick Assign panel on the right side of the page:

Select the product from the Product dropdown.

In the Assign to dropdown, choose a specific affiliate or select All Active Affiliates.

Optionally add a Campaign tag (e.g. winter_sale) to group and track this link.

Make sure Auto-generate referral links is toggled on.

Click Assign & Generate Links.

What happens next: A new referral link is created for the selected affiliate and product. You can find and copy it from the Referral Links page.

Managing an Existing Assignment

Find the product in the table.

Click Manage to view and edit existing affiliates and links for that product.

Click + Link to generate an additional referral link for that product.
