Orders & Commissions

The Orders & Commissions page shows every booking that has been linked to your affiliate program. From here you can approve or reject commission payments and see how much money your program is generating.

Finding the Orders & Commissions Page

In the left sidebar, click Affiliate → Orders & Commissions.

Understanding the Summary Cards

At the top of the page you will see five cards:

Total Orders — the total number of bookings linked to your affiliate program.

Total Revenue — the combined value of all those bookings.

Total Commission — the total amount earned across all affiliates.

Pending Approval — commissions waiting for you to approve.

Approved — commissions that have been confirmed and are ready for payout.

Searching and Filtering Orders

Use the search bar to find a specific order by its ID or by the affiliate’s name.

Use the All Statuses dropdown to show only Pending, Approved, or Rejected orders.

Use the All Affiliates dropdown to see orders for one specific affiliate.

Use the date range fields to filter by a custom date range.

Approving a Commission

Find the order in the table.

Click the green Approve button (✅) in the Actions column.

The order status changes to Approved and the commission is added to the affiliate’s balance.

Rejecting a Commission

Find the order in the table.

Click the red Reject button (🚫) in the Actions column.

Confirm your decision. The commission will be removed from the affiliate’s balance.

Bulk Approving or Rejecting

Tick the checkboxes next to the orders you want to action.

Click Approve Selected or Reject Selected at the bottom of the table.

Tip: Use bulk actions at the end of each month to quickly approve all pending commissions at once.
