The Affiliate Join Page

The Affiliate Join Page is a public page where potential affiliates can apply to join your program. You can share a link to this page on your website, in emails, or on social media.

Finding Your Join Page Link

Go to Affiliate → Settings.

Scroll down to the Affiliate Registration section.

You will see the join page URL (e.g. yourstore.com/affiliate/join).

Click the Copy button to copy the link. Share it however you like.

Previewing the Join Page

From Settings, click the Preview → button next to the join page URL.

A preview of the public-facing page will load so you can see exactly what applicants see.

Customising the Join Page

Go to Affiliate → Settings → Join Page Settings.

Update the Welcome Message to describe your program in your own words.

Update the Commission Highlight Text to draw applicants in.

Click Save Page Settings.

What Happens When Someone Applies

The applicant fills in their name, email, website, and a short note about how they plan to promote you.

They tick the box to agree to your Affiliate Program Terms.

They click Submit Application.

Their profile appears in your Affiliates list with a Pending status.

You can then review and approve or decline their application from the Affiliates page.

Tip: Turn off public self-registration in Settings if you only want to invite affiliates personally. The join page will no longer be publicly accessible.
